Introduction

This table lists the scheduled views. These are scheduled jobs that generate and publish views. The list includes all the view jobs for all the users in your account.

Fields

In addition to the common fields, the View Scheduled Task Table includes the following fields

Animation Autoplay

This is a publishing option: “off”, “once”, or “play”.

Content

The email content of the email that is generated as part of the distribution of this scheduled view. The content is the text of the email and it include variables that are substituted with actual text or link when the email is generated.

Content Block Auto Width

If the task publishes the view to ServiceNow, this option sets whether the content block width would be automatic.

Content Block Height

If the task publishes the view to ServiceNow, this option sets the pixel height of the content block.

Content Block Name

If the task publishes the view to ServiceNow, this option sets name (title) of the content block.

Content Block Width

If the task publishes the view to ServiceNow, this option sets the pixel width of the content block. A value of 0 means 100%.

Disallow Drill Down

“true” if this publishing option was selected.

Disallow Drill Through

“true” if this publishing option was selected.

Drill Down New Tab

“true” if this publishing option was selected.

Drill Through New Tab

“true” if this publishing option was selected.

Email List

This is a comma-separated list of email recipients for distribution.

Export And Attach

If this is a frozen view, the user can select to export the view to CSV and attach the file to the email. The value is “true” in that case.

Fit To Width

If selected (“true”), the view will be sized to fit the width of the browser window (or frame) in which it is displayed.

Hide Animation Controls

“true” if this publishing option was selected.

Hide Background And Border

“true” if this publishing option was selected.

Hide Explore Button

“true” if this publishing option was selected.

Hide Full Screen Button

“true” if this publishing option was selected.

Hide Header

“true” if this publishing option was selected.

Hide Legend

“true” if this publishing option was selected.

Hide Legend Show All

“true” if this publishing option was selected.

Hide Map Controls

“true” if this publishing option was selected.

Hide Row Count

“true” if this publishing option was selected.

Hide Subtitle

“true” if this publishing option was selected.

Hide Timeline Controls

“true” if this publishing option was selected.

Hide Title

“true” if this publishing option was selected.

Job

This is a reference to the Job table. It has fields that show the status of the job, last execution, next scheduled execution, and more.

Label

The title of the view to be published by this job.

Name

The name of the view to be published by this job. Typically, it’s the same as the label (title).

Overwrite

If “true”, the published view will overwrite the previously published view of the same name.

Publish Content Block

“true” if the view is to be published to ServiceNow.

Publish Content Block Data Source

If publishing to ServiceNow, the ServiceNow data source.

Publish Freshness

Specifies whether to publish “live”, “frozen” or “cached”.

Publish Requires Login

This field is “true” if the view will be published such that the user is required to login to see the view. The default is “true”. If the value is “false”, it means that the user can display the view even if they are not logged into Explore Analytics.

Published View Id

The id of the view to be published. If a previously published view has this id, it will be overwritten.

Reply To

The email address for the “reply to” field of the messages to be sent by this job. The recipients of messages can simply use “reply” to contact the user who scheduled this job.

Servlet Address

The first part of the URL that forms the link to the view in the email being sent.

Subject

The subject of the email being generated by this job. The subject may include variables that are substituted with actual text (e.g., title) when the email is generated.

Subtitle

The subtitle of the view being published. The subtitle text may contain variables that are substituted at the time that the job runs.

Suppress Empty

If “true”, then no email is sent if the report output is empty. This is useful for exception reporting.

View

This is a reference to the view to be published by this task. The published view is created by copying the view specified here.
