Access to a database behind your organization's firewall is done using the Explore Analytics Agent.
Big Data
Explore Analytics can access Hadoop and join data from Hadoop with traditional data sources using it's integration with Cirro.
Applications
Explore Analytics provides direct data access to applications. By getting data from the application (rather than bypassing the application and accessing its database) you see the data organized the same familiar way as you see it in the application. No cryptic database objects and no bypassing application access control. Any best of all, no need to build a separate data store.
